Val shifts his gaze to Kato from the thin tendril of smoke rising from the hole in the bar, trying to shake the image of an army of nanites boring a hole through his brain.

"I think you might have some competition in the bloody-fragging-weird department, 'mano."

He knocks back another shot and sets the glass upside down over the smoldering hole.

Adams finally closes his mouth, and turns back to the bar.

"No kidding. One of these days, we're going to come back to HQ to find he's either burned this place down, or quantum teleported it onto the moon. I'm not sure which," he says, pulling a vial of his own out of his doctor's bag. He lifts the shot glass, and pours a couple drops of the universal nanite hunters onto the bubbling liquid, before setting the glass back down.

"Agreed on beefing up security, especially our electronic security. As we acquire more toys, we have to take greater steps to ensure that an enemy can't turn them against us."

Doc continues,

"Speaking of toys, do we have that list of the UCAS supply cache haul?"

Max looks over the list as handed to them by Kato, keeper of all things things for the company. His eyes scan down the list, and settle upon the monofilament garrote. The elf smiles mischievously, and says, "Hey Sinjin. I'll arm wrestle you for the garrote."

Kato shakes his head at Max, his expression dark.

"Good way to lose arm."

Adams taps away at a disposable commlink, watching a progress bar fill to completion. He had gotten Val to set him up with a circuitous route across the matrix; one that bounced across political borders and anonymous nodes, finally terminating in FreeCal. The video from the data chip, along with its distinct Ishimura cipher, goes streaking across the matrix, bound for the inboxes of a handful of military and SI officials.

Now hopefully Ishimura will find itself on the wrong end of a thorough investigation.

He had wanted to destroy the building, blast out its foundation and burn it to the ground, but there was just too much potential evidence that would be destroyed. Anyway, he got his revenge.

Doc pulls the back of the disposable commlink open, and uses an ice mallet from behind Kato's bar to smash the internals to dust.

He turns his attention back to the manifest from the cargo container.

"These missile launchers are a great find. I know the hound has a couple of unused weapon mounts. The autonomous operation of the Ballista could make it useful there."
